The mop up round do consider any category rank for seat allotment?

Dear,
If you fall under any specific category like SC/ST/OBC. your category rank will be considered for allotement. They don't consider your general rank. This is because being a category student will get you a better college which one won't on their general rank. So , yes mop up round will consider your category rank.
