Application correction dates will be put up and you can correct any discrepencies in your application during that period. But, it is not necessary to write your name date on the photograph. Only if the picture is not good they will send you the notification to change it otherwise it is accepted and you cannot change it. So dont worry, not writing name and date is ok.
