Robotics engineering is rarely taught and sought in India , be it be NIT or IIT. You have a fair chance outside India, but you can get specialization in Mechanical engineering or electives here.
1) IIT-Kanpur offers a masters programme in Robotics Engineering.
2)The Institute of Technology under the Banaras Hindu University conducts M.Tech. Production Engineering/ Industrial Management Engineering with Robotics and Automation as electives.
As per my knowledge these are the only IIT’s teaching this course and Nit’s don’t have robotics engineering branch.
Hope this might have helped you.
