No, that would not be enough. You will be required to upload the Provisional Certificate or Degree Certificate if you are applying for the GATE 2019.

If you don't have either of these certificates, you will be required to provide Certificate as given in the Appendix A of the Brochure and get that signed from the Head of the Department/ Institute.
