For NEET, you need to focus on all three- P, C and B.
But you need to word exceptionally high in Biology as it has the maximum weightage of marks in the total.
If you thoroughly go through the NCERT of Biology of both class XI and XII only, you'll be able to score very high in NEET.
For Physics and Chemistry, you need to practice from NCERT as well as from some good objective questions' books.
