To get a medical seat through 85% state quota,, is it mandatory to apply for 15% alq counselling??? As the Seais left during 15% procedure,?

It is not necessary to apply for 15% quota counselling to get admission for 85% quota seats. All India quota seats counselling will be conducted by MCC & 85% quota seats counselling will be conducted by the state counselling authorities.
