today I got 600 marks in neet 2020 can I aim for gov. medical collage in Delhi or all India quota. I specially want any aiims in all India quota or AFMC Pune.

In 2019, under State Quota, 610 was the cut off for AFMC. And you haven't mentioned your Category. But for AIIMS, as this is the first time, we are not sure of the cut offs yet. But you may get a seat in AIIMS Bibinagar, Guntur, Rishikesh, etc with this score considering their percentiles are a little around 85-90 percentile. A score of 600 is ideally a rank of 10,000. In 2019, under State Quota, the cut offs for various Colleges of DU have been as follows:
General Category: 613
EWS: 587
OBC: 567
SC: 476
ST: 391
Now this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
