It is totally up to you if you want to attend both the counsellings. The one thing to keep in mind is that if you take admission in any college you will have to submit your documents there. Initially you are not obliged to tell authoroties during the counselling but if you get admission in both the counsellings then it will be a bit of a task. IF you decide to vacate a seat before the counselling is over, your documents will be transferred from there on. But if you decide to migrate after the procedure is over you have to pay the full fees.

Also, you need not apply for counselling again and again. Once yo complete your registration and attend the counselling properly, you will automatically be eligible for the second round.
