unfortunately i cant write the JEE 2019 exam ..can i get admission for B.E in aeronautical engineering ..if i get in which college

As per your question, one must pass the IIT JEE qualification exam or you should possess good high percentage of marks in (physics, chemistry and mathematics) in +2 with high aggregate.
If u want to have seat in aeronautical engineering without these , u should pay management quota, so much lakhs of rupees.
So, it's difficult for you to get seat in aeronautical engineering without JEE mains.
