There are very less chnaces of you to get into IET for Computer Science according to your rank. But you can try in the counselling rounds. The cutoff rank for OBC in CS in IET in the previous years was around 1600 so you are far away from this line but there are also other good institutes where you can get the admission. You would be able to get almost all the colleges through UPSEE through your OBC quota.

Though no one can guarantee you CS/IT in the top notch colleges, you can definitely make it to all the good private engineering colleges for CS or IT.

If you want only Computer Science engineering, I will suggest you to go With good private colleges under UPTU.
