Both are equivalent in terms of placements and academics. You always find this colleges on top of India's top 10 colleges. Nowadays, VLSI and embedded are equal in placement opportunity being an E.C engineer I can say that VLSI is good or chip designing and further in design field. But embedded have it's own recruits in E.C field . So you can go for any one. Prefer a wise decision for your career.

Both the colleges are equally good in  terms of academics. Also placement cell of both colleges is same so you shouldn't worry about placement.



For an ECE undergraduate VLSI is most preferable choice so I can suggest you to go with vit chennai but if you are keen interested in embedded systems then go with Vit vellore campus.



Both campuses are equally good so don't worry about college just prefer the branch in which you are more interested.
