Hello,
IGNOU admission takes place in two cycle- January and July.
Admission form for next cycle of January admission shall come out in the month of November of December, last year it came out in the month of November only.
So, you can apply after few months at IGNOU for MCA Course.
All the detailed information shall be provided in the admission portal if IGNOU provided below-
