we are in obc list according to ncbc . but if we are in creamy layer , what category to select for jipmer application

You can select the OBC category in the JIPMER application form 2019.
If it separates the Creamy and non Creamy Layer, then choose the Creamy Layer OBC option.
If not, just choosing OBC is enough for completing the application 2019.
