You have to be just present there, fill some forms and wait for your call. When they call you, get your documents and go to the representative. The documents must be self attested. After the documents are verified the seat is alloted.

Nothing great happen, you will visit there and fill a form. Wait for calling yourself then ready your documents and shown them . You have to ready all the documents and it should be self attested.
