Under 85% State Quota,

And since you score a marvelous score of 570, you are almost definite to procure a seat in SHKM.

You have not mentioned which category you belong to. With a score of 570, you have good chances of procuring a seat in SHKM Mehwat medical college, when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a score of minimum 558 got a seat in the college in general category under the All India quota and 531 got a seat in the college in general category under the state quota. But, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats. However, you stand on the safe zone only.
