Hello,
If you don't like chemistry then it won't be a problem at all. Nowadays the branches are collaborating with each other, so if you are going to do Electrical Engineering so you may get a collab with CSE or ECE etc. Interdomain jobs are being created and the payscale is increasing now and the depending uupon the vacancy and the location. the electrical engineering has quite a huge scope even in the field of GATE if you want to know regarding the PSU section, it also has huge job opportunities for firms like TI which are mncs and one of the highest paying companies your dislike for chemistry doesn't play not much of relevance except for your selection
