what are major difference between DNB & MD if I am interested in medicine & not possible to take gov. seat

A post graduate degree Diplomate in National Board (DNB) is awarded by the National Board of Examinations under the Union Ministry of Health, India. DNB candidates are trained at big private hospitals, while the MD/MS candidates are trained at Medical Colleges .
Furthermore, the admission process for DNB Admission are as follows :
Owing to a limited number of seats, admission process for a DNB programme is based on the merit and the performance of the students in medical entrance exams. Each candidate should submit their internship completion certificate in addition to the Certificate of Permanent registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI).
MD/MS Admissions :
Admission for MS course is based on merit or entrance-exam. A large number of colleges carry out counselling and choose students through the merit-list set by the state-wise universities. Some colleges carry out entrance exam to choose students for this course admission.
Furthermore, Major entrance level examinations for admissions in DNB are NEET PG and DNB PETCET, Whereas for admission in MD/MS Courses the common entrance level examinations are : NEET PG, PGIMER, JIPMER PG, etc
