Hello there. Artificial intelligence is not a subject that is usually being taught in India. And coming for what AI includes, then everything which is being developed now a days is based on AI. Some of the major technology in which AI is being used are
Robotics, Machine learning, Natural language processing, Automation, self driving cars, Chatbots and many more.
Now coming up with whether it is easy or not, it will totally depend on how a person thinks of it and how he want to use it. For the very basic of AI, one should be familiar with machine learning and natural language processing which are not a easy part to go through. So it's not quite easy but with dedication and passion one can easily work in this field
