Unfortunately, it is not possible for you to secure admission in reputed campus colleges of University of Delhi with 89.5%. This is because the cut offs are usually not below 90%, and not below 95% in the reputed colleges.

I think you are doing some error in your calculation. According to bulletin of information by DU, in most of the B.Sc. courses, the percentage aggregate of physics, chemistry, and mathematics/biology/biotech/CS etc. is considered for evaluation and admission.
