what are the concepts of computer science should I need to learn before pursing CSE if I had taken PCMB in class 11 and class 12 ?

Congrats!!!For taking one of the best evolving field...Firstly,you have to focus on the basic programming languages..if you already have the basic knowledge of computer in depth like RAM,EXCEL,etc..otherwise go through it first,mostly you can get all the informations in google...Then,try to code...execute a simple program,know the things behind the execution of the program.And you can join some online courses in nptel,coursera,edx etc..There are lot of platforms which offers you free courses...Computer science is a vast field..you have to learn quick and better..

You should be familiar with only basics of any programming language, that will be enough. I recommend you should start learning python and for that you can use various online resources. There are plenty of tutorials available online which you can use to learn Python Programming language.
