• IISER Berhampur is initially offering Integrated B.S-M.S. degree. Admission to this program is in co-ordination with the other IISERs through a Joint Admission Programme.

IISERB-BHOPAL

• IISER Bhopal offer BS-MS (Dual Degree) programme, Integrated Ph.D. programme in Chemistry, Mathemetics and Physics and Ph.D . programme in Biological Science, Chemistry, Earth and Environmental Sciences, Mathemetics, Physics, Chemical Engineering and Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.

IISER-KOLKATA

• IISER Kolkata is initially offering Integrated B.S-M.S. degree. (Biological, Chemical, Geological, Mathematical and Physical Sciences.)
• MS by Research Program. ( Interdisciplinary areas of Material Science, Non-Linear Phenomena, Optics, Nano Systems, Astrophysics and Space Sciences )

• Integrated Master's level (B.S.-M.S.): Admission to this programmes is after 10+2 years of school training and is currently done in co-ordination with the other IISERs through a Joint Admission Programme.
• Integrated Doctoral Programme (Int. Ph.D.): Integrated Ph.D. involves a master's degree (M.S.) followed by a doctorate (Ph.D.). Students after three years of undergraduate education can join the program.
• Doctoral Programme (Ph.D): Admission to the doctoral programme requires a master's degree in science. It is notable that IISER Mohali has an active Humanities & Social Sciences Department, which too offers PhD positions.
