Here is a list of documents required for COMEDK Counselling given officially on ( https://www.comedk.org/counselling-document-2021.html )

Candidate Original ID Proof
- PAN/PASSPORT/VOTER ID/DRIVING LICENSE/ANY OTHER GOVERNMENT ID PROOF (As declared by candidate in application form used during COMEDK exam)

Date of Birth Proof
- PAN/PASSPORT/VOTER ID/DRIVING LICENCE/ANY OTHER GOVERMENT ISSUED ID PROOF, 10th STD MARKS CARD/BIRTH CERTIFICATE

PUC/ 12th Std or Equivalent Marks Card
- I.S.C board candidates who have passed in 2021 should upload marks card which shows UID Number and Index Number
- HKR Eligibility Certificate
- Karnataka Domicile Certificate (not compulsory for a General Merit student)
- Admit Card of 12th Grade Exam/Marks Card downloaded from Digi Locker showing QR Code (applicable for CBSE candidates)
- Improvement Marksheet (if applicable)
NOTE: The size of the uploading document file should not be more than 1MB Documents should be uploaded in JPG, JPEG, or PDF format only. Only clearly scanned images/ documents will be accepted Photographs
