What are the list of the documents required for 2nd counselling in comedk 2019

The following original documents along with two sets of self attested photo- copies are required at the time of Comedk Counseling 2019 :

• COMEDK Rank Card
• COMEDK Online Application Form
• COMED TAT that was used for the exam
• Candidate original ID Proof
• Parent's/Guardian's Original ID Proof
• Date of Birth Certificate
• 12th std. Or Equivalent Mark Card
• SC/ST/OBC Certificate from Tehdildar
• Tulu Minority Certificate - Issued by School
• Religious Minority Certificate
• DD of Rs 55000 from approved lists of banks in the format required by COMEDK
• IIT JEE 2 Score Card
• Surrender Form
• Origianal COMEDK Allotment Letter and Fee paid receipt of COMEDK.

Well there is no change in documents for 2nd round counselling of COMEDK UGET. The documents that one have shown in first round has to be again shown in the second round counselling. Below I have provided the list of documents required when one goes for document verification -

• COMEDK UGET online application form
• COMEDK UGET rank card
• COMEDK TAT with signature of invigilator
• COMEDK verification entry card
• Fee payment receipt
• Origibal ID card
• Gaurdians original ID proof
• Date of Birth proof of candidate
• PUC/ 12th Std or equivalent marks card
• Category certificate (if applicable)
• Parents study proof in Karnataka for 7 years
• Candidates study proof in Karnataka for 7 years including 10th or 12th in Karnataka
• Tulu minortity certificate
• Religious minority cretificate Christian
• HKR eligbility certificate (if applicable)
• Karnataka domicile certificate
