the candidates are eligible for obtaining the domicile certificate who's parents or guardian are the permanent resident are for more than 6 years in that particular place. In case you are a resident of Tamil Nadu for atleast 6 years then you can get a domicile certificate made for you by the government by applying for it and supporting documents such as tax reciepts, school leaving certificate etc.
