• For persuiting m.b.a from ignou a candidate should necessarily have graduation degree with 50% marks for general candidates and 45% marks for sc and st candidate in addition with 3 years of managerial, supervisory and professional experience.
• Then candidate should also has to clear OPENMAT which is the entrance exam of IGNOU conducted by N.T.A
• Coming on the other part of the question, no  there is no such regular mode as the classes are taken in Saturday and Sunday sessions, However they provide regular classes in specific days for courses like some science courses and some higher degree practicals.

The eligibility criteria for admission to MBA programme would be as per the AICTE norms :

1. Any graduate (Including Chartered Accountancy/Cost Accountancy/Company Secretaryship) with 50% marks for general category/45% for reserved category as per government of India rules.
2. Student should ensure that his/her CGPA should meet the eligibility percentage requirement.
3. Clearance of OPENMAT entrance test of IGNOU conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA)
4. There is No age bar.

Having admission in i g n o u in MBA a candidate must have cleared a professional degree course with 50% for general category and 45% for other categories apart from this candidate need to have 3 year supervisor /managerial/ professional experience.
And a candidate should clear the entrance exam conducted by i g n o u named OPENMAT.
And IGNOU is a distance learning University for MBA so you can't do MBA regular from this University.
