Dear Usha, qualifying in NEET has many factors attached to it. Cut off marks depend on the no. of candidates appearing for the exam, the difficulty of the exam and your category. So  to qualify in NEET, as a Genwral Category student you need to score 50% of the topper of NEET. For example, if NEET 2019 topper has scored 600, you should score atleast 300 to be considered qualified in NEET against your category. Then, not every qualified candidate is guaranteed an admission in the Medical College. Every Government college has its own cut off. And there are other factors like Domicile and Merit list that also play a role. Because you havent mentioned the State or the name of any Government Medical College that you are enquiring about, it makes it hard to take a guess. But anything less than 550 is a less score.
