Here's how you can do MBBS after your 2nd PUC or 12th :-
Neet is the entrance examination through which admission is provided in all the medical college for MBBS and BDS and also it is accepted for admission in Ayush courses and veterinary
So, If you want to do MBBS then you need to be eligible for neet first as admission in MBBS is through Neet examination
To be eligible for neet you must have passed 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in 12th examination if belongs to general category , or at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st category , or at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of general pwd candidates to be eligible. Also, to be eligible for neet 2021 one has to be at least 17 years old or more by 31st December 2021, there is no upper age limit for Neet 2021

So, if you are eligible for Neet examination then you can appear for neet.
And if you managed to qualify Neet examination then you will have to attend its counselling .
You can participate in both 15% all India counselling and 85% state counselling of the state you hold the domicile of, and then on the basis of marks or rank of obtained in neet by you, you can get a seat in a medical college for MBBS
