What are the subject which BTech Study but not in BCA? What are the field or subject which BCA student should self study to have same knowledge as Btech?
See the BTech CSE students work in both the Hardware and the Software development but in case of BCA they focus mainly on the applied portion of the computer science. As a result, in most of the cases, the student who is studying the BCA gets preliminary knowledge to the Computer Science and its application where as the BTech student will get a more detailed knowledge regarding the subject.
Now if you do the MCA course after your BCA then technically your knowledge is equivalent to that of the BTech CSE graduates. So don't worry much about this things. I would recommend you to strengthen your programming skills in the languages such as Python, JAVA, C++, SQL etc and you will find equal opportunities as that of the CSE's.
