The subjects change every semester, but the genre of subjects stays constant.
There are always a minimum of two core psychology classes, English, a core science subject and an elective.
There are, also, subjects like Holistic Education, but then thats not specific to Psychology Honours.
Edit: the English subject is only there for the first semester.

the course is divided into 6 semmester and each semmester has different subjects.
SEM 1: Introduction to psychology , Attention and perception,Intelligence and creativity ,motivation , emotions,stress and wellbeing, states of conciousness.
SEM 2: Learning, memory, coginiton, nature and methods of physilogical psychology,nervous system(structure and function),endocrine system.
SEM 3: nature of psychological research, steps in psychological research,hypothesis, problems and variables,experimental and non - experimental research,observation and interview methods,qualitative , quantitative analysis,applications of measures of central tendencies and variability, the normal curve,non-parametric and parametric staticts.
SEM 4: life cycle approach to development,socio and cultural contex in human development,culture and human develpoment,cognitive development , social and emotional development,development concerns during adolsence,early youth and adulthood,problems of aging,problems and issues of human development in Indian context.
SEM 5: social perception and cognition, attitudes,prejudice and discrimination,group and leadership,cultural psychology,inter-group conflict,theoritical and methodological issues in self and personality,empirical theories in personality, self in psychoanalysis,personality,gena theory of personality.
SEM 6: Environment and behaviour,psychological approachs to environment, ecology and development,demography,environment assessment,environmental wisdom,social support and community psychology, social ecology and community psychology,community participation and social chnage,diversity and multiculturalism,nature and scope of human assessment,parameters of assessment (method of scaling),principals of psychological test construction,types of psychological test,assessment of psychopathological behaviour.
