what are your opinion on Electronic eng. from iit bhu. my aim is to go for upsc after graduation. should i go for it.

Hello,
If your ultimate aim is to do UPSC then you can join any of these college.As for name and brand both are equally good.But IIT Dhanbad is good for petroleum or Mining engineering and also CSE as the placement in cse are overwhelming.You can also for electronics in BHU as that will be better option than electrical IIT Dhanbad.
