Start with NCERT because the exact syllabus is based on NCERT once you finished your NCERT syllabus then go for practice. Some authors publications that are best for chemistry are-

1.O.P.Tandon this book will go for your physical chemistry ,organic & Inorganic chemistry .

2.R.C.Mukharjee for numerical chemistry

3.Arihant Prakashan for organic chemistry

4.NCERT for Inorganic chemistry.
