You shouldn't lost these kind of paid forms as they are necessary in counseling and admission process
These are the things that you can do
1 Login to the application page by providing your registration number and password, there may be a option for downloading the paid form again.
2 If the option isn't available there then you can contact the bank, upi or whatever through which you paid and request them to give the receipt. This may not be the exactly paid form but it may work, you should contact to higher authorities about it.
3 If 1&2 doesn't work then contact directly to the examination authorities who supervise these kind of things, the contact number or email id must be given to you, explain your situation. Hope they help you.
