Hello,
Generally the third round or the last round is known as mop up round. Which is conducted to fill up the vaccant seats available after the second round of councelling. To my knowledge, each and every state have different cut-off criteria for this round and that could be tentatively 5-8 marks less then the cut off of second round.
Let me tell you a bit about this year's cut off :
You must score at least 50 percentile (720 -136) for open category and 40 percentile ( 137 - 108 ) for OBC/SC/ST category.
