- Date of birth proof
- Certificate of graduation and post graduation degree
- Character Certificate from (qualifying institute)
- Gap Year Affidavit (if applicable)
- Reserve Category certificates (if applicable)
- Income Certificate to avail merit-cum-means freeship
- Additional weightage certificate if applicable
- Gradation certificate issued by Sports Department of Panjab University if applying under Sports Reservation
- Demand Draft in favour of the Registrar, Panjab University, Chandigarh
