2. NEET-UG Admit Card and Score Card
3. 10th Class marksheet with passing certificate
4. 12th Class marksheet with passing certificate
(Some boards issue passing certificate Separately and Some boards doesn't issue passing certificate separately)
5. Transfer Certificate
6. Migration Certificate
7. Character Certificate
8. Domicile Certificate (if you are taking Admission through UP State Quota Counselling)
9. Caste Certificate (For Reserved Category Students)
10. PwD Certificate (for Physically disabled students)
11. Passport Size Photographs
12. Identity proof (Aadhar card, Voter ID Etc)
13. EWS Certificate (if you belong to EWS)
