Hey Richa,
Sorry to say but if your rank is higher than the cut-off then it simply means that you have not qualified the exam or you are not eligible for admission wherever you are seeking or wherever you wanted to. The basic criteria for admission is to clear the cut-off first without clearing it you can't take admission.
