The best stream to select if you want to pursue a career in artificial intelligence would be CS or CSE (depending upon the university of application). Keep in mind that IT and CS may be considered similar but for a postgraduate qualification in artificial intelligence either in India or abroad, a bachelor's qualification in CS would be more usefull and have a greater number of common topics and subjects as that of your prospective postgraduate.

On the other hand, for a career in nano-technology; there are different stream options as per your requirement. The best stream to opt for is a BTech in nano-technology, but this stream is not offered at most universities in India. In such a situation, if the university which you plan on applying to doesn't offer a undergraduate qualification in nanotechnology, then you should opt for a Btech in materials or in electronics. Subsequently, you can pursue a masters in nanotechnology, preferrably abroad. In this situation, you should ensure that you do sufficient projects and co-curricular activities from the first year of Btech so that you can build a strong profile and gain admission to one of the best engineering colleges in the world for your postgraduate education.
