WHAT IF I APPLY FOR YES UPGRADATION IN1 ROUND AND DONT GET ANY SEAT IN 2 ROUND CAN IGO FOR NO UPGRADATION AND TAKE ADMISSION IN 1ROUND SEAT

Yes you can do that but you will have to pay for the seat which you got in round 1si that they can lock your seat if it doesn't upgrade in round 2 then you will get the same seat which you got in round 1
