I believe you mentioned an interest in the University of Santo Tomas which offers a number of undergraduate programs in engineering. Although it is a good university for gaining a preliminary degree and has relatively low tuition fees, the research for the university is not very high. Therefore, continuing your education at the university may not be the best course of action if you want to pursue a postgraduate qualification after your bachelor's degree.

For the bachelor's degree however, it is a sound choice as the university is also amongst the 200 best Asian universities and has a decent return of investment for it's bachelor's program.
