What if i uploaded original documents instead of self attested

To upload documents for any reason, you always need to upload original scanned documents only. Self attested documents are Mostly used to submit the copy of the documents if at all the process requires documents to be submitted. Also, it depends on where you Are planning to upload the documents to.
