what if I will upload a PWD application as well as receipt instead of certificate in jossaa counselling document verification process for JEE after 1st round because I havent certificate now and will get after 3 to 4 months? will it receipt and application will they accept? what will happen???

See if you belongs to PwD but don't have your PwD certificate right now then you can submit the undertaking which declares that you will submit the original and valid PwD certificate later on at the time of admission. You can download the undertaking from the official portal of NTA, for which link is also given below :-

When you visit on the above link you will find a PDF and on page no.9 there is undertaking format which you have to download and after filling it you have to upload it on the place of PwD certificate in the JEE-Main 2021 Application form.
