what if private cbse candidate will unable to appear for the examination due to medical condition. if next year, do they have to pay fees again

hi,
see in case you can not attempt this year exam, your candidature is cancelled, and for appearing in next year exam you need to apply and do the form filling, also pay the fees for registration or form filling process.
