what if we fail to submit domicile and have only 1 month for the university exam

As you haven't mentioned your University name I cant held you out properly but one thing I would like to suggest you that if you failed to submit your domicile certificate At you college then you should you to the university and ask to the official will it affect you university exam or not. I think they will provide you a proper information and then you should take any action according to their information.
