Hii tushar,

Accordingly both are good option for biology,In which NCERT bio must be your first preference because nearly 85-87% questions are straight from NCERT.

From NCERT, questions also ask either from the direct lines, from tables, also from summary, question which are present at the end of the chapters or also from supplementary material. So make it your primary goal.

As far as references and concerned, firstly solve question from your coaching material then solve dr.ali book which will give you a lot of practice and will help you to have NCERT lines on your fingertips.

After that u can also buy the MTG as it has lots of practice and will help you to cover 15 - 20% extra part in biology.

Biology is very easy and scoring subject and help you to score

About 50-65% of total NEET score.

All the best
