Dear Rahul,
The cutoff for BKBIET is not available or released officially. Admission to BKBIET is done through Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process (REAP). In this admission process, the aspiring candidates have to apply on the basis of JEE Main. This means that candidates have to take JEE Main and then apply for admission to the institute through REAP. Candidates are offered admission based on REAP Merit List prepared based on candidates performance in JEE Main.
Seat allocation in REAP is based on JEE Main (Paper-I) Rank/Score and after that it's based on 12th Board Percentile for B.Tech courses. 70% seats out of the total seats available are reserved and allotted to candidates with Rajasthan Domicile, 15% to candidates from other states and 15% under Management Quota.
Therefore, for admissions you need to figure out in the merit list of REAP which is available on the Candidate's Login through which he/she would have applied for REAP. Thus, the merit list can be accessible individually and is not available publicly.
For admission to BKBIET, you must not forget to apply through REAP.
