The cutoff is basically a closing rank beyond which rank allocation is not done. I am listing here the closing rank of Computer Science Engineering (CSE) in NIT Durgapur under Home state quota. The closing rank is of seventh round of Counselling.

• Other Backward Caste (OBC): 13717
• Scheduled Castes (SC): 2660
• Scheduled Tribes (ST): 1981
• Economically Weaker Section (EWS): 5117
