The main differences between B.Tech and BE are as follows:
B.Tech(Bachelor of Technology) is actually an UG degree which you can achieve after you complete 3 or 4 or 5 year program from an accredited university. This duration of course depends on the type of course you want to pursue. You can pursue B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Food Technology etc.
BE (Bachelor of Engineering) is of 4 years duration. Fields of specialisations include Software Engineering, Clean technology, Agricultural Engineering and many more.

There is no much difference between B. E and B. Tech. Both belong to Engineering courses only.
B.E is more knowledgeable and B.Tech is skill oriented. B.Tech is updated course as it involves latest technologies used.
B.E means Bachelor of Engineering and B.Tech means Bachelor of Technology. Most of the Old Universities and Colleges has that term B.E and newly formed Colleges have mostly courses under the name of B.Tech.
