There is a lot of difference in pursuing MBBS from private and from Government Medical College as in private college you have to pay 60-70 lakhs for full course while for government colleges you have to only pay 2-3 lakhs for full course.

Admission in government college is purely based on entrance exams while in private colleges there is a management quota seats which allow rich people to get seat by paying extra money.

In government colleges you will see various patients with different diseases which will enhance your practical knowledge while in private college you won't get enough exposure.

Faculty of government colleges are experienced as they have to deal with students as well as with patients. So I will suggest you to opt government college.
