MBA is fully degree oriented course into Management whereas PGDM is siploma oriented. Both being of 2years duration for Full Time.
Overall MBA hasmore reputation across globe but recently even PGDM is globally recognised and accepted.
Syllabus wise MBA is designed and outdated and has more core subjects.
PGDM has more drill down subjects and refined industrial oriented learning pedagogy.
Scope for both interms of placements opportunities are equal.
