A freelancer means a self employed person who often work on different jobs for multiple client at his or her own comfort level and this kind of self employed work is usually short term. Freelancers earn money on a per job basis and by working for multiple companies.
Freelancing is good as a person is not restricted by fixed hours to work or have to abide by certain rules. Freelancing also offers money as per work performance.
